Proactive Wellness invites you to a great event to get you on the way to becoming a Super Stress Manager in a way that’s unique to you! We specialise in empowering individuals to achieve the goals they want, create everyday happiness, and maximise their potential. Effective stress management forms an integral part of all the services we offer and we would like to share some great techniques and approaches with you!

Stress affects everyone in one way or another and when it’s not managed effectively, it can negatively affect our health, relationships, and professional success. The ability to effectively manage stress is key to being successful and managing some of your most ambitious goals.

The event will be run by Melanie A. Forde, Life Architect, Personal Performance Coach, DISC Practitioner, and Business Mentor. Melanie has solid experience supporting others through training and coaching and is passionate about empowering others to take control of their life and health. Her personal experience has taught her just how vital stress management is and she wants to share that with you!
